Deleting Your EvimAI Account

The EvimAI mobile app is developed by WBPS Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. Both methods are described step by step below.

Method 1 — Recommended

Delete from within the app

If you can still sign in to the EvimAI app, you can delete your account yourself. With this method the deletion takes effect immediately after you confirm.

  1. 1Open the EvimAI app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Tap the Menu (Profile) tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. 3Select Delete My Account from the list.
  4. 4Read the warning listing the data to be removed and confirm the action.

Once you confirm, your account and data are permanently deleted immediately — there is no additional waiting period.

Method 2

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app (for example you lost your device or cannot sign in), you can send us your deletion request by email.

Send your request from the email address registered to your account to the address below. Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line and include the phone number registered to your account.

The request must come from the email address registered to your account so that we can verify your identity.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your profile details (first name, last name, email, phone, national ID number, address)
  • Documents and photos you uploaded
  • Your listings and property records
  • Your messages and conversation history
  • Your saved payment cards
  • Your notification preferences
  • Your identity verification records

Data we retain and why

Turkish tax and commercial legislation prevents us from deleting payment and invoice records. However, the link between those records and your identity is permanently removed (anonymised) — they contain no name, contact details or ID number.

    The statutory retention period is 10 years. Records are kept in anonymised form solely to comply with financial regulations.

How long does it take?

  • In-app deletion: Takes effect immediately after you confirm.
  • Email request: Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK), your request is completed within 30 days at the latest.

This action cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You may register again with the same email or phone number, but no information, listing, message or document from your previous account can be restored.
